  • 1/4 cup of Smokehouse barbecue seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 12 bacon strips
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 cup of sliced grilled onions
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Preheat your outdoor grill, stove-top griddle, or frying pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the ground beef and a generous amount of smokehouse barbecue seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well and shape the beef into 6 burger patties.
  5. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.
  6. For extra flavor during the last few minutes, generously brush each patty with barbecue sauce.
